C&D Custom Contracting, started out as a custom finish carpentry company built on the premise that quality finish work can make even the simplest home extraordinary.  After working for other general contractors for several years we realized that there was a better way to assure a great finished product.  By paying extra attention during the foundation, framing and sheet rocking phases, we can assure that level floors, plumb walls and square corners are a great canvas for our artistry.  To accomplish this we decided to start building our own custom homes. 

To provide the best overall construction possible we have assembled an extraordinary team.  David Maggs is a master craftsman with over 25 years experience in the construction industry, the last 15 years spent honing his considerable skills in finish carpentry.  Ron Fitch has over 20 years experience building homes in the New Orleans area, assuring construction quality and code compliance.  Chuck Stevens brings a background in computer science and electrical engineering, enabling us to incorporate the most modern conveniences in our homes.  Pierre Dubroc has 35 years experience in remodeling and furniture construction.  Last but not least is Kristine Jurado, whose management and accounting skills keep our office and our projects flowing smoothly.

Our goal is to combine all of our individual talents to create a uniquely spectacular building experience for every one of our customers.
